OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards during tree trimming activities:       On or about May 2, 2019, at 27455 Hollywood Drive, Westlake, OH, the employer did not require employees to operate a Stihl MS 201 TC 14 inch bar chain saw according to the manufacturers specifications. Employees were exposed to serious injuries while performing tree trimming activities using the saw one handed.
