29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body narness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head:  On or about 5/10/2019 at 3619 Cresswind Parkway, Lot 29, Cresswinds subdivision, Gainesville, GA where the employer failed to use proper fall protection by allowing workers to wear rock climbing harnesses.   Jose Santoyo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.502(d)(17), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1159235, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/13/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 4030 Cranberry Lane Gainesville, GA.
