29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)  On or about May 9, 2019, and at times prior thereto, workers engaged in roofing activities on a 6 in 12 pitch residential structure with a ground to eave height of 12 feet and up to approximately 18 feet at the peak were exposed to fall hazards.    NOTE: Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
