29 CFR 1926.451(h)(1): Each employee on a scaffold was not provided with additional protection from falling hand tools, debris, and other small objects through the installation of toeboards, screens, guardrail systems, or through the erection of debris nets, catch platforms, or canopy structures that contained or deflected the falling objects: (a) On or about May 6, 2019, an employee was elevated in an aerial lift while performing window installation activities with two other employees working on the opposing side inside the building structure. Employee was exposed to falling debris, hand tools and/or the window framing that was being installed. NOTE: Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
