OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck by and crushing hazard:    a) Multi-Plastics Extrusions, Hazleton, PA: An employee was positioned at the rear of an elevated 40 cubic yard waste receiver (HC-4) when the container slid down the hoist rails striking and fatally crushing the employee, on or about May 15, 2019.    Abatement Certification and Documentation Required.
