29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     (a)Carlson General Carpentry, Inc. at 2312 South Hofstad Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57106:  On or about and at times prior to May 14, 2019, the controlling and exposing employer did not ensure that employees and subcontractors  were protected from falls.  Employees were performing re-roofing activities on a residential property and did not have a fall protection system in place.  This exposed employees to fall hazards of over six feet.
