29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   On or about 05/16/2019, roofers working for Juan Carlos Llamos were reroofing a residential structure located at 3280 Autumn View Pointe Drive, Bridgeton, MO.  The crew was not wearing eye protection while working with hammers and nails.  There were no safety glasses available at the site during the inspection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about 05/16/2019, roofers working for Juan Carlos Llamos were reroofing a residential structure located at 3280 Autumn View Pointe Drive, Bridgeton, MO.  Mr. Juan Carlos Llamos was the subcontractor in-charge of the roofing crew.  He was not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  The employee was observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing him to fall to the ground below.
