29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment:  (a) Hembree Road NE, Middle of the roadway: On or about 05/20/2019, and at times prior, the employer failed to perform a hazard assessment for employees operating a STIHL TS700 Cut-Off Saw, in that employees were exposed to potential eye injuries, hearing loss, and respiratory related illness as safety glasses, hearing protection, and engineering controls were not used while engaged in pavement cutting activities.
