29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge:  At the jobsite, employees used the stairs leading to the second floor that were not equipped with handrails, exposing the employees to the hazard of falling.

At the jobsite, employees operating Hitachi nail guns while performing framing activities were not wearing eye protection, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by flying objects.   Martin Arzola Castillo, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1385515, Citation Number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 15, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 301 Timberlake Drive, Midlothian, Texas 76065.

At the jobsite, employees engaged in framing activities at a height of over 6 feet were not protected by a fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to an unprotected fall of over 18 feet to the ground below.
