29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).    On 4/29/19, at the 1520 Dixie Road, Covington, Ga job site, subcontracted employees worked from articulating bucket trucks without the use of fall protection or fall restraint systems, exposing employees to fall hazards. The employer did not establish a system of frequent and regular safety inspections so as to identify and eliminate this and similar safety and health related hazards at the job sites they controlled.
