29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employees from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment:    (a)Metrix Corporation at 300 Pheasant Ridge Drive in Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to May 16, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from chemical hazards in that employees spraying corrosive chemicals in the wash booths were not wearing a hooded rain suit or equivalent as identified on the company's PPE Hazard Assessment Certification Form. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.

This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
