29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about May 23, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were performing roofing operations approximately 13.1 feet above ground and were not using fall protection.   The employees were exposed to fall hazards.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
