29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports. a) Brick Plaza, Rt 70, Brick, NJ; On or about May 16, 2019, two Jesus Vega dba Jesus Vega employees were conducting framing activities on a commercial structure from single planks of a welded tubular frame scaffold. The employer did not ensure that all working level platforms were fully planked.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) Brick Plaza, Rt 70, Brick, NJ; On or about May 16, 2019, two Jesus Vega dba Jesus Vega employees were conducting framing activities from welded tubular frame scaffold without any form of fall protection. The employer did not ensure that all employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet above a lower level were protected, thus exposing them to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet.
