29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  Jobsite, Main Roof:  On or about May 20, 2019, an employee was not tied off while he was walking from getting onto the roof until he got to his tie off line (about 25 yards).  The fall  hazard was about 11 feet to a flat roof.         (b)  Jobsite, Garage Roof:  On or about May 20, 2019, two employees were installing asphalt shingles on a garage roof and they were not protected from falling.  The fall hazard was about 11 feet to the ground.
