29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): Each employer having an employee(s) with occupational exposure as defined by paragraph (b) of this section did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure.    a) Facility: The employer did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan for the mobile phlebotomists that are responsible for activities such as, but not limited to performing blood withdrawals at patient's homes and collecting urine and stool samples, on or about 5/14/19.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
