29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On 5/23/19, at the job site located at 13664 Hwy. 92, Woodstock, Georgia, subcontracted employees were exposed to fall hazards up to 20 ft. as the employees performed framing and masonry activities from scaffolds without fall protection. The employer was not performing frequent and regular inspections of the job site so as to prevent these hazards.
