Right side of the store's back exit door: The switch faceplate did not completely cover the opening on the box. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.   b. In the warehouse left room: The switch faceplate was broken exposing internal live electrical conductors. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards  c. In the warehouse right room: The switch faceplate was missing. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
