29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) On or about 5/31/19 Standard Transmission Productions, Inc. located at 106 Ferris St and 194 Van Dyke St in Brooklyn, NY 11231, employees creating molds for projects were required to wear North tight-fitting full-face and 3M tight-fitting half face respirators while exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Methylene diphenyl isocyanate (MDI) 60% - 85% wt. without a respiratory protection program.
