29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, unused portions of blades, flying chips and sparks:  Employees engaged in clean-up and production activities at the following pieces of equipment were exposed to injury form rotating parts of equipment in that machine guarding was not provided:          a)  The rollers were not provided with guards on collator 58 in the collating area exposing the operator to rotating parts of equipment.      b)  The fan blades for the Schriber 500 press, back side of the machine, had inadequate guarding, exposing the operator to rotating parts of equipment in the press area.      c)  The Schreiber 500 press form line shaft hand wheel, right side of  the machine, was not provided with a guard exposing the operator to rotating parts of equipment in the press area.
