29 CFR 1910.141(g)(2): Employees were permitted to consume food or beverage in area(s) exposed to toxic materials:  a) 960 E Hazelwood Avenue, Rahway, NJ 07065 - End Rounding Department  Employees consumed beverages in areas where hazardous metal dusts such as but not limited to cobalt and nickel, settled on the surfaces of work benches and under bottles containing the beverages being consumed.   Condition observed on or about 6/4/2019
