OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by and electrocution hazards:  a. On or about June 5, 2019 - at the above addressed jobsite, a JLG 600AJ Boom Aerial Lift was used to hoist a light pole by rigging a nylon sling/strap around the pole and the bottom of basket, thereby exposing employees to struck by hazards.

On or about June 5, 2019,  at the above addressed jobsite employees were exposed to electric shock when a JLG 600AJ Boom Aerial Lift was operated in close proximity 7200 volt overhead power lines.
