29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(2)(ii): Water was not applied at flow rates sufficient to minimize release of visible dust for tasks performed using wet methods:  a) Northwest Nazarene University Student Commons Building Project: On or about June 6, 2019 and at times prior thereto; Masons and Hoddies are hand chipping limestone and cutting limestone and cast stone trim pieces using a Husqvarna K760 had held gas power cutter with wet methods. Clogging of the water hose affected water pressure, which created visible dust in the work area.     Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.
