To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure boxes of stored product are kept in an orderly manner.   Dollar Tree Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1055319, citation number 1, item number 1 issued on September 21, 2015, and was affirmed as a final order on September 29, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 894 Sunrise Hwy, Bay Shore, NY 11706.
