29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).   On or about June 7, 2019, the employer did not conduct frequent inspections to provide a workplace where employees/workers employed in the performance of the roofing contact were free from recognized hazards such as but not limited to:  a) employees/workers installing roofing material on a commercial building without fall protection were exposed to unprotected fall hazards of 30 feet;  b) employees/workers using pneumatic nail guns were not provided with safety glasses and were expose to eye and face struck-by injuries.  c) a CAT skytrac forks were elevated to the roof and forklift was left unattended exposing workers to struck-by and falling objects hazards.
