29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use.    a)  For the employees using the in-house, shop made man-basket, attached to the forks of the JCB 509.42 telehandler on or about June 11, 2019 and times prior thereto, the employer did not have the manufacturer's written approval to attach a personnel lifting device to the telehandler.
