29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a) 2152 Village Park Avenue, Twin Falls, Idaho.: On or about June 12, 2019 and at times prior, employees were on a 6:12 pitch commercial roof installing sheeting without fall protection at heights of approximately between 10 and 20 feet.    Note: Abatement certification is required.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.
