29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): The employer did not ensure each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels is protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    The employer is failing to ensure that all employees exposed to fall hazards while shingling a roof are utilizing fall protection. This was most recently documented on or about June 14, 2019 at 18614 Edna St, Omaha, NE 68136. Employees were observed scraping off old shingles on a roof of a one-story residential building at heights greater than six feet above the ground while not utilizing any form of fall protection.
