Crossbraces were used as a means of access:  (a) On or about June 13, 2019 - near Zierdt Road, Madison, AL, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16.3 feet when the employee was standing on a 2x6 board approximately five feet from the balcony floor on a job-made scaffold while working on a balcony.
