29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about 06/14/2019, Fischer & Frichtel Carpentry Specialties, Inc. had employees working on the roof truss system of a residential building located at Lot #2 Falling Leaves Court, Chesterfield, MO. The employer did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment. Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or fall protection program (under 1926.502(k)). An employee fell fracturing both wrists.
