29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about June 18, 2019, the employer did not provided training for one employee performing construction activities on the third floor balcony of the apartment complex under construction, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 24 feet.
