29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Rock Creek Apartments, Dothan, AL: On June 18, 2019 and at times prior to, the employer allowed employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to fall hazards of up to 18 feet to the ground level.
