A) Wall Sections Inc. on or about June 18, 2019 at the address of 1450 E Melrose Place, Findlay, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while installing OSB to the roof deck of the residential structure. The employees were exposed to a potential 11 foot fall to the ground below.
