The employer is failing to store compressed gas cylinders properly, in a manner and condition that prevents potential accidental puncture from material(s) being stored near them. This was most recently documented on June 20, 2019 at Husker Steel located at 1864 E 29th Avenue Columbus, NE 68602.   A supporting tool device was located on the production floor near the overhead door frame. that spanned between two of metal was found leaning near two compressed gas cylinders.  The tooling was not secured, and created a struck by, puncture hazard to the compressed gas cylinders.

This was most recently observed on June 20, 2019 at Husker Steel located at 1864 E 29th Avenue Columbus, NE 68602.  A compressed gas cylinder was found that did not have the required cap installed thereby preventing the escape of gasses in the event it were to be bumped into and causing the cylinder to fall over.
