29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:   Worksite located at 900 Watson Drive, Kearney, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards from other employees working and off-loading materials on the upper levels and the employees on the ground were not wearing any means of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   Worksite located at 900 Watson Drive, Kearney, Missouri- Employee was observed working on the edge of the 3rd level without the use of any means fall protection.
