29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about June 20, 2019, and at times prior there to, circular handfed ripsaws operated by employees were not adequately guarding to protect employees from flying debris, rotating parts, and the point of operation. Employees were exposed to struck-by and amputation hazards while operating equipment including but not limited to the following instances: A. Grizzly 12" Table Saw B. Delta 10" Tilting Arbor Saw

29 CFR 1910.213(g)(1): Each swing cutoff saw was not provided with a hood that completely enclosed the upper half of the saw, the arbor end, and the point of operation at all positions of the saw: On or about June 20, 2019, and at times prior there to, employees operated a swing cutoff saw that was not adequately guarded to protect them from flying debris, rotating parts, and the point of operation (bottom of blade). Employees were exposed to struck-by and amputation hazards.

Orange extension cord near front door entrance of cabinet shop powering the Dewalt 12 inch Miter Saw. B. Yellow extension cord in the middle of the cabinet shop powering the Grizzly 12 inch Table Saw.
