29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(v): Employee(s) were on the load or hook while hoisting, lowering or traveling was performed:    a. Crane Pad/Maintenance area - On or about June 18, 2019, an employee was standing on the ledge of a c-series spreader that was attached to a Mi-Jack 900-P gantry crane when the employee fell approximately forty-nine inches to the ground. The employee was thereby exposed to hazards associated with falls.
