29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:  (a)  On or about June 24, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure adequate inspections were conducted with enough frequency to identify hazards including, but not limited to, falls during roofing activities.  NOTE: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
