The last annual inspection was May 2017.    b)  Maintenance Garage, on or about 6/26/29:  Portable fire extinguisher on the floor had not been subjected to an annual maintenance check.  The last annual inspection was during calendar year 2013.      c)  Truck No. 31234, on or about 6/26/19:  Portable fire extinguisher had no record of inspection.    d)  Truck No. 3269, on or about 6/26/19:  Portable fire extinguisher had not been subjected to an annual maintenance check.  The last annual inspection was April 2018.
