29 CFR 1910.146(c)(5)(ii)(C): Employees entered into permit spaces that met the conditions set forth in 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(5)(i) but before an employee entered the space, the internal atmosphere was not tested with a calibrated direct-reading instrument.  At T-Haul Tank Lines on or before 26 June 19 , located at 2446 E. Livingston St, Springfield, MO, the employer did not ensure that employees test internal atmosphere entering into permit confined spaces.  The permit confined spaces are transportation tankers that require employees to enter to clean the inside structure.
