29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):  Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers:  At Betty Lou Court, Wentzville, MO, Martin Residential Roofing did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment. During the inspection, employees were exposed to fall hazards due to a lack of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   At 1944 Betty Lou Court, Wentzville, MO, employees of Martin Residential Roofing were not protected from falling by use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems while working on a roof with a ground to eave height of approximately 12 feet. The slope was approximately 8:12. This violation was noted on June 26, 2019.
