29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will  be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)    Employee(s) were exposed to chemical hazards. Employee(s) engaged in window sealing activities were exposed to injury/illness from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals. The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work. Hazardous chemicals used at the site included, but were not limited to, roof cement.

Employee(s) engaged in window sealing activities were exposed to injury/illness from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals. A copy of the required safety data sheet for Plastic Roof Cement was not maintained at the site, exposing employees to skin irritation, serious eye irritation, respiratory irritation, drowsiness or dizziness, and burns.

Employee(s) engaged in window sealing activities were exposed to injury/illness from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals. Employees had not been provided with training or information regarding the hazardous chemicals with which they work. Hazardous chemicals such as plastic roof cement were used at the work site.
