29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems:   On or before June 27, 2019, two employees were observed performing plastering work above a residence rear porch without any type of fall protection system.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards from heights greater than 6 feet from the ground.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about June 27, 2019, the employer did not provide training to his employees that will enable them to recognize the fall hazards.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater then 6 feet.
