29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    On or about 26 June 2019, and at times prior thereto, two roofers were using pneumatic nail guns to apply shingles and drip edge to the roof of a residence under construction without the use of safety glasses, exposing the workers to the hazard of being struck by flying debris or projectiles.

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous.    On or about 26 June 2019, and at times prior thereto, a portable Makita Air Compressor was missing the ground prong, exposing the worker using the compressor to an electrical hazard of approximately 120 volts.
