29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  (a)  FDA at 621 N. Argonne Road Suite 102 Spokane, WA on or about June 25, 2019 and time prior; A relocatable power tap (surge protector) was plugged into an orange extension cord which powered a clock and other unknown electrical item in the dairy office.    The UL listing states that relocatable power taps are designed to be plugged into an outlet, and not daisy chained and plugged into other relocatable power taps or extension cords.  This exposes employees to possible electrical fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):  (a)  FDA at 621 N. Argonne Road Suite 102 Spokane, WA; Corner Office adjacent to Dairy Specialist Supervisors Office;  On or about June 25, 2019 and time prior, A bottle of Pheno-tek II disinfectant did not have a safety data sheet.
