29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  This violation occurred on June 25, 2019, where at least two (2) employees working from a job made construction wooden box that was attached to the forks of a JLG Skytrak front end loader and the construction box was not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use, exposing the employees to a fall of more than 30 feet.    J I Framing Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or it equivalent standard 1926.451(c)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1224580, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 3, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 309 W. Heritage Drive, Tyler, Texas  75703.  J I Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(c)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1196906, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 6, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5055 North George Bush Tollway, Garland, Texas  75040.
