29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by rotating parts:  a) Mozzarella Cheese Area: The protective grid located above the hopper section of the SP24 automatic Dima molding machine was equipped with inadequate guarding. The interlock guard had an opening greater than 10 inches, thus exposing employees to an amputation hazard from rotating augers, on or about 7/2/19 and 7/24/19.
