29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    WORKSHOP:  The cutting blade of the Berkel loaner food slicer, Model FE 12 was not guarded.       On/or about June 24, 2019, an operator's right and left hands were caught while performing hand-cleaning of the above machine, and the operator sustained lacerations to right middle finger and left thumb.
