29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):  A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.  1516 Chemin Metairie Pkwy, Youngsville, LA (back of Palm Island Car Wash parking lot); On or about July 9, 2019, employee(s) were working from the basket of an aerial lift at a height of approximately 20 feet without fall protection.  The employees were changing outside lights.
