OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards:    Garage Area:  On, or about, July 1, 2019, an employee suffered serious injuries when he was struck-by the Daewoo Skid Steer Loader, Model DSL601, as he exited the cab.  The roll bar interlock was not operational, which caused the operating levers to be live.  Other issues with the machine included a broken boom lock lever, the lack of a seat belt and the lack of an operation manual.
