Between the time frame of June 27, 2019 and July 03, 2019 one employee dry cut concrete  without following table 1 and not evaluating employees silica exposure.

29 CFR 1926.1153(d)(2)(i): The employer did not assess the exposure of each employee who was or may reasonably be expected to be exposed to respirable crystalline silica at or above the action level in accordance with either the performance option in paragraph (d)(2)(ii) or the scheduled monitoring option in paragraph (d)(2)(iii) of this section:     Between the time frame of June 27, 2019 and July 03, 2019 one employee dry cut concrete without following table 1 and not evaluating employees silica exposure.   An employee was permitted to perform outdoor concrete cutting operations on a sidewalk that was composed of crystalline silica containing materials including, but not limited to, Portland Cement compounds with a hand held gas powered saw and another employee were permitted to walk and work near the cutting area.

Between the time frame of June 27, 2019 and July 03, 2019 one employee dry cut concrete and the employee did not understand the health hazards of silica.
